2012 Holmdel Athletic Golf Outing Information
There will be a meeting for all Satz boys and girls
interested in joining the track team on Wed, Feb. 22
at 3:15 pm. Students should meet in Room 101 at 2:44
pm or at 3:14 pm if attending After-School Help and
Coach Graham will escort students to the meeting. If

choose the "Notify Me" and/or "Subscribe" to
register for changes and weekly schedules to the
athletic schedules. Click on the Notify Me and/or

Every candidate for an athletic team must turn in one (1) permission slip per school year
According to the N.J.A.C. 6A:16-2.2 et.seq. each candidate for a school athletic team must have a medical examination within 365 days prior to the first practice session. If a physical was performed 9/1/10, it expires 9/2/11. The school physician must sign off on the completed examination and written notification will then be sent to the parents.

If the medical
examination was completed more than 60 days prior to the first
practice session, the parents must complete and sign a health
history (blue re-certification form) update of medical problems
experienced since the last medical examination.
